Deny Clarification

I'm sure you're all aware of this but when a certain debuff is on a hero and they're on limited health, we can deny them. We can also deny buildings when they're on limited health as well.

However I've noticed during my games that everyone seems to be having a problem with denying heroes who are under the Battle Hunger effect from Axe?

I would also like to know if heroes can be denied when under the effect of Visage's slow ability (or any slow ability at that)

The deny HP for towers.

em: 100?
non-em: 125 - 150?

Please clarify these.

Dunno bout deny hero, I just ever saw my friend deny a hero under doom and poison nova+SS effect.
And for tower I think 135 hp.

Heroes is 100 hp i think
And for towers, it depends of the tower I think
First you need more hp and 2nd and 3 you can deny will less hp... I think

For em its 100 and below and I think your right rexy for the non em. For heroes I believe they have to have below 50 hp or a dps skill on em like doom or battle hunger.

i saw someone denied a hero .. the hero was under the effect viper strike....

Deny range for towers is 10% of its maximum hp.

deny heroes when they have low hp, affected by Damage per second spells like Shadow Strike, Viper Strike, doom etc.

As far as I see, the heroes that can be denied are those who are debuffed by skills which give dpses, such as Doom, Shadow Strike..

and for tower is

EM: below 100
non-em: below 130

the skills that can only be denied are viper strike,shadow strike and doom....you can deny them even if they have full hp..these 3 are only the skills in which you can deny your ally..

i DID see a techies player kill a allied pudge once. only once, i tried it myself not to long ago, had like 50 hp and i asked my mate if he would deny me. wouldnt work then tho. changed in 6.52 perhaps?

anyone forget Warlock's shadow ward? and Geomancer's Geostrike?
The last time I checked, they were deniable..
I'm not sure about Silencer's Curse, but Maybe..
And Pa's Stifling Dagger?
and how about Dazzle's poison?
Sorry, I'm not an expert in this area, but those are the aftereffects that I know which are possible to be denied
