When i was reading fwii~ silencer guide, i saw orbwalk .

I got some question.

What is orb-walk ??

Is orb-walk a cheat in game ??
(coz i heard ppl it make your atk speed faster??)

basically its animation cacelling. cancelling the animation of a spell so u can walk faster.

no..

just an attack animation canceling..

so u press A and click to the enemy, then after the projectile is moving a bit, u go forward, and do the same..

so u can hit and go..

not a cheat..

it's some kind of skills

just like last hitting and denying to get better situation (level gap of course, and more money)

in this case, it will give u more ASPD (due to animation canceling) and more chasing (due to move and hit)

I should clarify this - Orb Walking DOES NOT increasing Attack Speed!

What does Orb Walking do? It simply gives you more hits, but your attack rate will be the same. Uh. It's hard to explain, but let's take an example.

You are Viper. A Na'ix attacked you, but then ran away. Of course, you will attack him while he is moving away. But this is where Orb Walking comes in. Let's have two different situation - the Viper auto-attacking, meaning, he just right clicks on the Na'ix, and a Viper animation canceling and Orb Walking.

Let's say the Viper can hit Na'ix about 3 times before he goes out of his attack range. So he hits Na'ix 3 times, chases him, gaining another attack but Na'ix has a tower nearby so you back.

Now if you chase WHILE attack - exactly what Orb Walking is (or actually animation canceling), you will gain more attacks just because your enemy is in range. That way, when your attack 'cools down', you are ready to release it ASAP.

The difference? In the first example, you had to 'chase' the enemy. That is a wasted attack, and in the end, Orb Walking gives you more attacks BECAUSE you spent it efficiently, not really because you made leet hax or something.
