Smuggle- The Robber

Smuggle was born a poor child. When he was about 7 years old, his parents died. Smuggle couldn't get a job to get money and he knew his only answer was robbery. When he was 7, he robbed little things like cookies and cheese. When he was about 15, he started robbing bigger things like banks and stores. When he became 22, he got so greedy he decided to rob from the Lich King. The Lich King foresaw this coming and went to the robber. He gave Smuggle a job robbing valuable items from the Sentinel. Smuggle knew there was a huge risk but his greed came before his mind. Anything that came in his way, he either stabbed or threw money at. He spent the rest of his life stealing valuable items from the Sentinels, killing all in his way.

Gold Strike
He damages an enemy hero and gets some gold.

level 1: Does 50 damage. Gets 20 gold.
level 2: Does 100 damage. Gets 40 gold.
level 3: Does 150 damage. Gets 60 gold.
level 4: Does 200 damage. Gets 80 gold.
Manacost: 70/70/90/90
Cooldown: 35/45/55/65
Framework: He throws a knife at the enemy and gold pours out of the enemy.
note: This is a ranged attack.

Gold Denial
Targets a unit so he is unable to to gain gold from enemy creeps for a time.

level 1: Enemy does not gain gold from creeps for 10 seconds.
level 2: Enemy does not gain gold from creeps for 15 seconds.
level 3: Enemy does not gain gold from creeps for 20 seconds.
level 4: Enemy does not gain gold from creeps for 25 seconds.
Manacost: 100/100/100/100
Cooldown: 30/40/50/60
Framework: Enemy has gold pouring out of them for the whole time.
note: Harrasing+Early game skill. Can be used to also deny a person from getting tower gold.

Ultimate:

Deadly Budget Cut
Smuggle does damage which is part of the gold he has.

level 1: Does 40% of the gold that he has. He loses 150 gold.
level 2: Does 40% of the gold that he has. He loses 100 gold.
level 3: Does 40% of the gold that he has. He loses 50 gold.
Manacost: 150/150/150
Cooldown: 120/120/120
Framework: No idea(think of one for me)
note: He loses gold after doing the attack, not before. For example, if he has 1000 gold at level 11, he would do 450 damage and then lose the 50 gold after that.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Caps at 1500 damage.

-Easy to get good items with.
-Fast for getaways.
-Encourages saving up gold at times.

Cons:
-Weak early in the game.
