Questions about Naix and Leoric

I tried to search for these topics but I didn't find any so I have two questions:

1. Does Feast stack with normal lifesteal (not aura)?

2. Does silence prevent Reincarnation?

1 - yes it stacks theoretically u can have naix with satanic and vlads. and feast

2 - NO. SILENCE WILL NOT STOP REINCARNATION
