best item for chaos knight?

perveranse is the best for him.
early game lots of mana n hp
upgrade to Bfury.

bfury is also a good item for him cuz he has no real skills for farming since his images are meant for the kills, team battles, and escape. So you cant just abuse the images for farming.

i dunno about manta.. tried it on him and there are better items out there.. radiance is good since hes a chaser. battlefury is the best.. imo a/c is great too so is desolator and mkb. i wouldnt go for manta style build unless i was 1 on 1 ing skelly king or some int hero and that too only for the feedback

You really don't need much to make Chaos Knight effective. I don't bother with getting Manta on him. If we're 5on5 then I normally finish the game with:

Treads(str)
Bfury
Bracer x2(yes, I'll still have those
HoT
Bottle(sometimes I'll still have my bottle from early game - I'll only sell it when need the slot)

My friends and I like to joke around when anybody has CK - we say here comes the "bracer-treads" rule. All you need is a few bracers, treads, and a bottle and you start killing.

Actually you can run around the entire game with 5 bracers and treads on CK and still be kind of effective. That what I do if I end up dying alot.

Hmm, actually, i didnt like Fury on Him or any other illusion heroes.
I prefer just Bottle for Mana, Vlads for HP and Heart for damage and tanking.

Well, I am agree with darkness79...
battlefury is much better to use because of cleaving..
and since CK is one of my favorite in terms of his critical..
damn, you'll see the perfectness of CK..
and if you have Battlefury, gold is not even a problem now...
you can get many golds because of his damage..
so I prefer battlefury, satanic, hyperstone or quirass..
on that item I killed 3 different kinds of hero on 1 on 1 in one game..not kidding

huh? that doesnt prove BF is good rite?

CK ultimate is for damage. And at lvl 3 its 300% extra damage. So obvious Heart is best. Not only gives almost 100 HP, also gives lots of damage.
