mine is ring of basilius i get it on all heroes then upgrade on vladmir. i also love BATTLEFURY (i get it on all melee heroes except pudge :P)

mine would be ring of health... naturally my second favorite would be vanguard or perseverence. I can stay in my lane up to lvl 11 with these items.

And yes, I dont like to start ganking early unless the game is going crazy

Shiva is so imba, you get many kills when a hero is about to escape.

Orchid is a bit imba too, 60 attack and 225% mana regen for just 3 oblivion staffs is really good, get in on lina ftw.

Mjollnir is my favourite item for agi heroes, it gives the most dps increase (i calculated it sometime) and chain lightning is battle fury for the ranged.
