aw... people are underestimating the item called vlads. its cheap and it rocks.

anyway, i'd go for Treads and manta rush. tho she lacks chasing powers...
her powers shifts from early game(w/o manta) to a late gamer(w/ manta)

BIG question: Does Radiance Stack? i mean if theres 3 of you, 30*3 = 90 dps??

First power tread and lifesteal mainly vladmirs offering then i consider buying radiance if farmed well or battlefury if farming didnt go that well particurly during early and mid game

radiance 8% miss chance thing dont stack with other dodge skills/items...

Radiance rush is a must, but because of the dispersion Nerf (imo) you must go tanky builds, like cfx said early take bracers, then rad, then i'd get dominator or vlads depending on allies

Playing spectre is my fav because i play farming,then if there is low hp hero i haunt then dagger n kill him o her..then one step closer to my radiance..easy eh..

radiance hands down.after u have that go for vlads then manta/butter.wit radiance farming is a breeze.just dont get bf.no offence 2 bf users on spectre.

IMO, diffusal first. Helps in survivabilty and ganks.

Well,i think vlad is not much of a use when ur dmg is low...
i think BF help to survive(6hp regen and cheap)...
Radiance is hard to get with annoying lane heroes...
Get it if i could though...
