radiance or BF.....which is better for Dragon Knight?

All I can say that it depends on what you prefer.

For me I usually go BFURY, because of the mana regen to be able to spam more breath of fire and cleaving attack in melee form for increase farming ability to get your core items.

I wanted to note that breath of fire can damage the seige weapons(the glaive throwers and meat wagons).

To radiance users, it's still ok if you prefer radiance because of the immolation. But I really prefer BFURY because it is easier to build than spending your whole game waiting to earn 3800 for the relic, unless you are really good in farming and killing heroes.

Dragon Knight is a melee-range hero. His ulti has a low mana cost and a decent cooldown. So feel free to use it anytime you want to. The lvl 2 & 3 dragon form also helps in better farming because of the splash attack.

They key in using DK is increasing his attack speed and dps, as well as increasing his health. He can be a pusher, tanker, carry, killer and support hero.

With lvl 3 elder dragon form, you can take down many heroes at once because of the splash damage and slow. This is what defines DK.

for me its both good, because the radiance and battlefury give damage, that wants we need, battlefury is good on melee form while radiance is good on range form, because it helps you to chase with immolation..
battlefury gives enough regen on mana, nevermind the HP regen, because you have dragon blood and tarassque later..

this is my build on davion.. order

1.boots of travel
2.radiance
3.battlefury
4.cuirass.
5.tarassque.
6.lifesteal or any orb you want..

bot items sucks in my opion! Radi is a 'hard to get item' because it only contains two parts (one very expensive), and the dmg is good, but now you have no tanking abilites:(. BF is useless in elder. Perservers as a start item, S&Y for hardcore ms, AC for attspeed. Then later on opgrade to linken. Hot is a good choice too. Keep in mind that not all players can own in a game. DK is a tank/hunter. And if you want to deal alot of dmg go for mbk or buriza.

It's simple as this..

Radiance
-If you have an easy time farming and if you're left alone.. Get this a.s.a.p

Battle Fury
-If you're having a hard time laning and need that fire/stun spams and that splash to make your life easier.. And/or if you don't use dragon form early on.. This is for you..

Do you have a lot of money on your pocket? Vanguard user? BoT user? Try shiva..

think radiance! + s&y! max out dragon form gives you a free splashing EOS!! so emulation and slowing attack +ms from S&Y is a sure kill! for mana regen use linkin!you dont have to spam fire breath if you have radiance!

both are great items...

i love playing dk. and i HAVE to get one of these two as my first item.. after bracers and boots.. how i decide which one to pick is simple.. by about level 12 or 15 if im doing well havent died have around 3500 or 3800 radiance it is.. however if im not doing so well.. then battlefury

both have pros and cons.. and both are good on him..

a statement like "oh battlefury doesnt stack with his ulti so balls" is quite redundant because your not in dragon form all the time.. i usually use dragon form when im pushing or ganking.. however when im neutral creeping im in knight form and i love the cleave damage to the smaller neutrals closeby.

both are great items.. it all depends on the game youre playing how well youre doing and who your teammates are.

I've a build for DK that never ever fails.
get these items in order k

boots of speed
2 x bracers
perserverence
hand of midas
heart
boots of travel
hyperstone
complete Battlefury
comeplete assault cuirass

by this time the game should ahve been over. if not get a satanic for your last item.

i prefer bfury because you need the mana regen to get some kills early - mid game. The cleave is mainly for farming and the dragon form is for ganking... and you aren't going to spam ur ulty just to farm are you? fire + cleave makes farming easy.

Bfury, its an extremley cost effective item and the regen is also amazing...most ppl view it as "you lose cleaving in ult" but another way to look at it is, you always hit more then 1 creep. raidence gives less dmg, costs more, and has no regen...35dps in a 700 aoe really does not help that much cuz the creeps gain hp
