I'm not sure about the neutrals but everyone saying "2:00 = ap, 1:30 everything else" is right.

Eh?! What?! I played -ap only and it started at exactly 1:30.

Oh and btw, when I was playing -apnp it also started at 1:30.

Ok so when times it started at 2:00 , i got chen so i jungled and creeps came out at 3:00 not 2:30. @_@

I don't know when they (the creeps and neutrals) will come out. I mostly focus in my lane and enemies and I'm not mostly a farmer...all I know is that creeps spawn at 1:30 at 6.51 and at 2:00 at 6.52

In Ap games they spawn after 2 min. Other types of ap games like apem or apnb etc are like this.
In other modes they spawn after 1:30.

-rd spawns at 3 minutes (rune spawns at 2 mins xD), -ap spawns at 2 mins, and i dunno about other modes.

these numbers are only for 6.5x and on

for older version it's 1:30
