actually, you dont buy it for the mana burn. you stll get keep the lifesteal but your passive skill block the feedback orb from working. So you get the lifesteal AND the crazy images

i was afraid to use manta on him because maybe it would make some malfunctions.

ive tried it once...it was very effective... the glaives was bouncing so fasst...and the glaives of the illusions bounces two...but the only problem is
the illusions are so soft when i used illusions on clashes..they banish quickly..

Go me, I finished my last Luna game before I got near Butterfly, let alone Manta... AGAIN.
Theres no way I'm gonna test this properly, they die too fast. The point is that the Manta images make you do about twice as much damage.

will bouncing glaives have a chance to trigger helices?


another random question, since the images can't lifesteal, will the mana burn take effect then or will the lifesteal overide it and just not take effect?

@topic I think a part of it has something to do with people not liking to micro so haveing to control 2 images in addition to your hero might annoy people into not getting the manta

also, the stats that a bfly gives are better in that it gives more damage, armor, and evasion which always are taking effect while the benefits from 2 illusions only last for 20 seconds

@angelic_tutpikz while browsing through the forums, I found the thread where you got your warning from and just thought I would say kinda unfair on the mods part (although you did triple post but still)

Now, disregard Lifesteal orb and other stuff and you will Notice that Luna is a ranged hero. and thus ranged illusions ............

Ranged images do not have mana burn, do not have lifesteal and may trigger helixes.

If you want to see how her attack malfunctions, just buy sange for Luna in single player mode and see what happens. I'm sure it isn't difficult, isn't it?



This is of course the case when you compare a tier 4 item against a tier 3 item. Like I said, both items have pros and cons.
