SkillS

1st skill

Electric Bond

Manipulates electricity , bonding him on a target unit preventing them both to move , attack and cast spells and will also damage them overtime . (channeling spell - can be interrupted by Stun , silence)

Level 1 = 25 DPS for 2 seconds . 450 range

Level 2 = 35 DPS for 3 seconds . 500 range

Level 3 = 45 DPS for 3 seconds . 550 range

Level 4 = 55 DPS for 4 seconds . 600 range

manacost - 90/110/135/145
cooldown - 16 at all levels

note: kinda like Fiends Grip but it damages you both.

2nd skill

Firewall

Creates a shield deep within his core , the shield is capable of protecting Wisecrack by only absorbing less damage taken from enemies . the Shield will wear off either reaching the maximum damage input or if the max duration of the shield has reached .

Level 1 = Absorbs only 90% Of The Incoming Damage . 450 Max Damage . lasts for 12 Seconds.

Level 2 = Absorbs only 80% Of The Incoming Damage . 550 Max Damage . lasts for 15 Seconds.

Level 3 = Absorbs only 70% Of The Incoming Damage . 650 Max Damage . lasts for 18 Seconds.

Level 4 = Absorbs only 50% Of The Incoming Damage . 750 Max Damage . lasts for 25 Seconds.

manacost - 100 at all levels
cooldown - 15/18/20/26
cast range - n/a
cast time - 0.1

note: will help wisecrack to be a tank .

3rd skill

Modification

Upgrades all of the scientists's arsenal making him more deadly.

Level 1 = adds 5 dps damage on electric bond , adds 100 max damage input on firewall , Teslacoil's Shock attack has a 13% to stun units for 1.2 seconds , adds 200 Bonus HP , 50 Bonus AOE range , 1 armor and 15 bonus damage on the Teslacoil

Level 2 = adds 10 dps damage on electric bond , adds 150 max damage input on firewall , Teslacoil's Shock attack has a 15% to stun units for 1.3 seconds , adds 250 Bonus HP , 75 Bonus AOE range , 2 armor and 25 bonus damage on the Teslacoil

Level 3 = adds 15 dps damage on electric bond , adds 200 max damage input on firewall , Teslacoil's Shock attack has a 18% to stun units for 1.4 seconds , adds 300 Bonus HP , 100 Bonus AOE range , 3 armor and 35 bonus damage on the Teslacoil

Level 4 = adds 20 dps damage on electric bond , adds 250 max damage input on firewall , Teslacoil's Shock attack has a 20% to stun units for 1.5 seconds , adds 350 Bonus HP , 125 Bonus AOE range , 5 armor and 45 bonus damage on the Teslacoil

Ultimate Skill

Teslacoil

Builds a deadly Teslacoil on an area able to shock enemy nearby enemy units .

Level 1 = 15 seconds to build . Teslacoil has - 35-65(Hero) Shock damage , 10(Heavy) armor , 500 AoE Shock Range , 1500 HP . 1 teslacoil Max

Level 2 = 12 seconds to build . Teslacoil has - 50-85(Hero) Shock damage , 12(Heavy) armor , 600 AoE Shock Range , 2000 HP . 1 teslacoil Max

Level 3 = 10 seconds to build . Teslacoil has - 75-110(Hero) Shock damage , 15(Heavy) armor , 700 AoE Shock Range , 2500 HP . 2 teslacoil Max

Level 4(aghanims scepter) = 5 seconds to build . Teslacoil has - 100-200(Hero) Shock damage , 20(Heavy) armor , 850 AoE Shock Range , 3250 HP . 3 teslacoil Max

manacost - 220/260/315/400
cooldown - 200/180/160/140
Cast Range - n/a
Cast Time - n/a

note: Lets you build a tower-like unit capable of shocking enemy units .

hmmm.... seems good overall but i think Teslacoil's Damage is too powerful ..

make tesla coil like rhastes ulti, so it has also a set durability like 60sec or so..and only 2 on max lvl..good hero
