Charon - Spirit Collector

Charon - Spirit Collector
Range: 500 | Move Speed: 235
Primary: INT
Str: 16 + 1.4 | Agi: 13 + 1.4 | Int: 20 + 2.8
Damage: 45 – 55 | HP: 454 | Mana: 260
HP Regen: 1.3 | Mana Regen: 1.5
Attack Speed: 1.5 | Armor: 2

Charon is charged with bringing the deceased to the service of the Scourge. Overzealous and fiercely loyal, this lich takes it upon himself to augment the forces of the Scourge by personally sending to the Lich King the soul of any who oppose him.

Deathly Still (T)
The Spirit Collector targets an enemy unit with a slowing spell. The enemy unit and all units surrounding this unit will be slowed by a percentage of the missing health of the unit.
Level 1 - 5% for creeps, 20% for heroes
Level 2 - 15% for creeps, 40% for heroes
Level 3 - 25% for creeps, 60% for heroes
Level 4 - 35% for creeps, 80% for heroes
Mana Cost: 150
AOE: 500
Cooldown: 15
(If cast on a hero who has 75% health at level 4, for example, all units in AOE are slowed by 25% x 80% = 20%.)

Acquire Soul (S)
The Spirit Collector blinks to the most injured enemy hero, regardless of visibility or distance, stunning them for 2 seconds, in order to rend soul from body.
Level 1 - Works on heroes at 34% or more hp.
Level 2 - Works on heroes at 25% or more hp.
Level 3 - Works on heroes at 16% or more hp.
Level 4 - Works on heroes at 7% or more hp.
Mana Cost: 200
Cooldown: 40

Retreat
The Spirit Collector can hide partially recede into the underworld at night if he has more than 50% hp.
Level 1 - 10 seconds to fade
Level 2 - 8 seconds to fade
Level 3 - 6 seconds to fade
Level 4 - 4 second to fade
Mana Cost: 0
Cooldown: 0

Cross Over
The hero with the lowest hp percentage who comes near the Spirit Collector loses armor based on missing hp.
Level 1 - 1 armor per 25% missing hp
Level 2 - 2 armor per 25% missing hp
Level 3 - 3 armor per 25% missing hp
Mana Cost: 0
AOE: 400
Cooldown: 0

Charon is meant to be a team player. During the game, a map aware player must steer clear of ganks and even solo battles. This character should not initiate battle, as the stats to finish a fight are not there.

Charon is a support character and a chaser. If you are looking at having a big 3v3 or greater tiff, the armor reducing buff and the the slowing ability make your team the deadlier one. After said battle, fleeing low-hp heroes can be taken out by Charon.

For survivability, the (admittedly permanent) invisibility allows this hero to be more survivable. The somewhat long cooldowns and hp requirements on this skill ensure that the invisibility does not become a cheap method of escape. Rather, these mean that if the ultimate is used and the player is brought to the enemies side of the map, that Charon can safely make it back to his own side if stuns, AOE damage, and wards are avoided.

Much like Nevermore, this hero is meant to be killable if used foolishly. I hoped that this would be a hero enjoyed by subtle, careful players. True to his persona, the enemy team would only really see Charon when near the brink of death. He is a character that should be globally worrisome to those with low hp, regardless of location or max hp. If played by aggressive or inexperienced players, Charon will be a feeder, trailing by more than a few levels by games end.

I only thought of that because otherwise, he's too gankable. I put that he can only fade with over half health so that he couldn't use it run if he was dumb and let his hp get low, but I can see how this might be too quick.

Didn't know that you couldn't do that. I corrected the ult and changed the percentage from 30 to 25. Thanks for the pointer.

Ummm, seems all right, but that second skill seems a bit imba.I mean a hero with 3% health, usually is something like lower then 300.Think of luna lets say.Her total hp at level 14 is 1300(I know thats not really it but this is with items and what not).Take 1300 and multiply it by .03 and you get 39 hp.Bam one shot dead.If you add in some of the abils you got there even heroes like axe and omni need to watch out.

It was my intention that heroes with very very low health would be the target of this skill. Stacked with the ultimate for this hero, anyone caught alone with low hp should be a goner (armor debuf + stun). It's sort of the same kind of global finishing move that Zeus has, except you only get to finish off one hero, and you have to put yourself in the line of fire (if the hero is around other heroes when you blink, you're screwed). That's also why it's not the ulti.

Since you consider that skill imba, would you change the hp amounts, or the cooldown/manacosts, or put a different skill altogether?
