Echo, the Wraith

Echo is a tormented who was eternally cursed for all lifetimes, and lifetimes to come. She miserably strides across the world, only able to reverb sounds and unable to speak. Though she cannot express her spite at the world through voice, she is capable of many feats in the battlefield. She can create almost limitless copies of her and her allies - creating mass confusion among enemy ranks, and causes fear to live in the hearts of her foes. The Sentinel ranks will halt in time, as they dare challange Echo.

Agi: 15 + 1.2
Int: 24 + 3.1
Damage: 37-50 Type: INT
Range: 500 Speed: 295
HP regen: 0.73 MP regen: 0.97
Attack Speed: 1.42 Armor: 1

Doppelganger- (D)
Echo conjures illusions of herself and nearby allies (500 AoE) to confuse enemies. Doppelgangers deal 25% damage and are killed with 1 shot. Lasts 12 seconds.

Level 1 - 1 Dopperganger/unit
Level 2 - 2 Doppelgangers/unit
Level 3 - 3 Doppelgangers/unit
Level 4 - 4 Doppelgangers/unit

All doppelgangers are in Echo's control.
Doppelgangers can do Bash, but only for half the duration. (Ex: 1.1 second bash from Cranium Basher will only be 0.55 second bash from a Doppelganger)

Mana Cost: 85/130/165/190
Cooldown: 25

Pulse of Fear-( F)
Causes a foe to feel extreme pain when it becomes a threat to Echo's allies. It takes pure damage and is stunned for 1 second every time it attacks.

Level 1 - 45 damage, lasts 6 seconds
Level 2 - 70 damage, lasts 8 seconds
Level 3 - 95 damage, lasts 10 seconds
Level 4 - 130 damage, lasts 12 seconds

Mana Cost: 85/110/135/160
Cooldown: 30[img][/img]

Magic Lapse- (passive)
If a foe is stunned at 600 AoE of Echo, it has a chance to take an extra 0.5 second stun and 50 pure damage. Two lapses max per stun.

Level 1 - 22% chance
Level 2 - 33% chance
Level 3 - 44% chance
Level 4 - 55% chance

Eternal Sorrow- (S)
Ghost randomly appear in a 700 AoE area, damaging and stunning foes every now and then.

Level 1 - 70 damage and 0.75 second stun once every 3 seconds

Level 2 - 140 damage and 1.25 second stun once every 3 seconds

Level 3 - 210 damage and 1.75 second stun once every 3 seconds

Mana Cost: 210/305/400
Cooldown: 85/70/55

his 3rd skill is imba if i understand right (it gives you chance do increase the duration of a stun for maximal 2 seconds..(you would have 8sec stun with techies stasis...but like the rest especially 2nd skill...I just wanted 2 ask if the doppelgangers from you 1st skill can bash for "real" not like fake bashes with illusions...then she could be the best permastunner...but can be countered easy with bfury...I think its a good idea but too many disables which deal ok dmg...probs increase dmg and lower stun duration

1st skill is overpowered. Better than Dark Sears ult and Morph ult+spamable
2nd skill is overpowered. Completely disables enemy hero for 8 seconds.. good as an Ult but too much for a regular skill.
Ult is a little hard to understand...

If I was going to fix it I would remove the first skill completely and come up with something new... 2nd skill would either be reduced to 1 second stuns at all lvls and have the total spell duration + damage increase per lvl. Or make it your Ult and leave it as is maybe a small buff if you make the ult.
