try these...
*Treads/Phase boots
S&Y/*Mjollnir/Satanic
*Vlads/Basher/hyperstone
*Butterfly

that build isnt his best.
1. Travels (almost always a must)
2. Deso or EoS or Manta or Satanic or Mojo (situational)
3. Butter (must have)
4. AC (almost always a must)
5. Vlad or Lothars or Battle Fury (situational)
6. MKB or Orchid (situational)

IMO yurnero doesn't need BKB anymore.
he has blade fury anyway.

battlefury is good but that doesn't say you should
get 3 Laughing

change the two other battlefury into a butterfly and vlads for lifesteal Smile

I dont know man radiance.... Dont you think another attack speed item or would be more beneficial? And if you get Rad then wouldnt you want BOT so that you can chase better?

i get rads to synergies it with blade fury and omnislash...
giving an extra damage would be nice.

anyway here is my build:
treads
battlefury
SnY or maelstorm/mojo
butterfly
vlads

and the other items are situational
or for luxury like AC or even DIVINE RAPIER!!!
