And that is exactly the point of buying items - you wanna make your hero imbalanced so that you can get an advantage and go on to win the game. A totally neutral game would just be boring.

Mortred has a LATE GAME ulti. So that should indicate that if you stop her early, push early, and win fast, she won't be much of a hassle.

Of course if there's a Mortred in a team and it's an organised game then there'll probably be a team strategy focused around helping the Mort to survive and farm and so on, wel could get into the whole thing of imabalance team strategies/picks as well but that's just way off topic now isn't it. In case nobody picked up on it, I'm indirectly saying that I don't wanna hear counter-arguments about team strategies to keep Mort alive and farming - this is about her ulti.

Yea, sort of agree, but Mortred just need 3 skill points for 45%, jugg needs 4 for 36%.
