ES all the way for me. His multiple stuns are great. Of course there are ways to avoid this by spreading out, but there's a way to play against every initiator.

On another note, I don't really think QoP should be in your list. It's better that she jump in just after the battle starts.

A split second after ES blinks in to echo slam, Tiny tosses a rotting pudge into their midsts.

If they are close enough for echo slam why not Techies remote mines (although must less versitle). Or even Kotl's beam thingy (still not as easy as echo slam thouhg).

If your team doesn't have the upper hand and will probably only loose more ground as the fight goes on.... Zeus' ult could give you the edge you need.

Of course my favorite is Ursa (I will say that Ursa is the best for any scenario)... he comes in and in 3 seconds or less takes out one of their heros and now it is 5v4. Then he runs and lets his team take the aggro, then he comes back in and finishes up the left overs.
