2 Questions on Hero Idea Icon

Where can I find original icons from Warcraft? I can't find it at the link Wc3search.ch. A Goblin Shredder icon in particular .

After downloading all icons I needed, what program can open the downloaded file? A tried to upload the raw data. I also tried to upload the printscreen-paste-on-paint-then-crop. All these have problems ( Only .gif and .jpg files are allowed. The icon file must have a height of 64 pixels and width of 64 pixels.)

try www.blizzard.com click games click the frozen throne click strategy guide and you can look there for the icon you want

If you use original WC images, they come within the minimum height/length... And also the given links pictures are allowed filetypes... Its finding the wanted picture thats hard... Goblin shredder is the metal lumber harvesting heavy melee unit right?

Their filetype is BLP(huh??). What program opens BLP?!?!

( Only .gif and .jpg files are allowed. The icon file must have a height of 64 pixels and width of 64 pixels.)

Is there a way to convert blp to gif/jpg?

Let me rephrase my question: How do you upload the icon (downloaded from given link) if it is not in jpg or gif format?

With no World Editor.

just right-click on the icon and save as; and you're good to go

if i am right, its in JPEG format. if its in PNG, open it in Paint and just "save as" (change the format to JPEG)

Every time i put the name story and everything I browse for my icon and upload the file and then everything is gone why is that? The icon is at .jpg format 64x64, and even less than 10 kb.

you can try dl this thing called GIMP 2 isnt awesome as, you can change the size and it doesnt make it all blurry and change the file type and do heaps of stuff. wicked as, get it

I know what he means...he cannot upload the pictures...I also cant do it with opera..-.- you have to use IE7 then it works perfectly (still hoping that drew will actually fix it..)
