Arkune, abandoned as a child after coming down with a crippling and highly contagious illness. The sorrow he felt, and the hatred for his parents... They fueled him, and kept him alive. Years past, Illness seemed to follow him... Yet he seemed to be uneffected, while those around him sucumbed to disease. He had brought it to them. The world needed a lesson. Humanity would fester like an open wound by his will and by the allience he forged with the Lich King. It'll take more than bed rest and chicken soup to cure this uncommon cold...


Range: 100 | Move Speed: 300
Primary: INT
Str: 21 + 2.20 | Agi: 21 + 2.55 | Int: 18 + 1.95
Damage: 51-53 | HP: 549 | Mana: 234
HP Regen: 0.82 | Mana Regen: 0.61
Attack Speed: 1.34 | Armor: 6


Infected Wound
Arkune never purged the illness his parents cast him out over, or any other he came upon. His body has become a couldron for disease. And any wound he inflicts festers.

1) Inflicts 5 DPS per hit for 8 seconds after they are hit
2) Inflicts 6 DPS per hit for 8 seconds after they are hit
3) Inflicts 7 DPS per hit for 8 seconds after they are hit
4) Inflicts 8 DPS per hit for 8 seconds after they are hit

Note: Every hit gives them a level of Infection which shows up in the status bar. Cap 7. The damage doesn't start until 3 seconds after the last hit.

Passive



Viral Agent
Though few are willing to believe such a maddening notion, Arkune is able to communicate and command diseases. None take such a claim seriously though. That is, until they mysteriously fall ill in the middle of a battle.

1) Deals 100 to an enemy 8 seconds after the spell is cast on an enemy, afterwhich they are slowed by 10% for 6 seconds.
2) Deals 160 to an enemy 7 seconds after the spell is cast on an enemy, afterwhich they are slowed by 15% for 6 seconds.
3) Deals 220 to an enemy 6 seconds after the spell is cast on an enemy, afterwhich they are slowed by 20% for 6 seconds.
4) Deals 280 to an enemy 5 seconds after the spell is cast on an enemy, afterwhich they are slowed by 25% for 6 seconds.

Note: There is no visual sign that this spell is cast, save for the appropriate icon appearing in the status bar

Cooldown: 18


Cancerous Companion
The virulent illnesses within Arkune's body do not simply roam free through his form. Most are stored within a disgusting tumor on his back. Somehow, this vile thing has gained a form of sentience and aids Arkune.

1) Increases sight radius by 100. Grants 03% evasion.
2) Increases sight radius by 150. Grants 07% evasion.
3) Increases sight radius by 200. Grants 11% evasion.
4) Increases sight radius by 250. Grants 15% evasion.

Passive


Epidemic
In Lordaeron's long history, there were few epidemics worse than the one that struck centuries ago. Known as the Unseen Agony, due to the unyielding pain that wracked it's victims, simply bringing it up still scares many for fear that speaking of it will invoke this horrible affliction. After years of wandering, Arkune found a strain of this rare disease and cultivated it... Though he can only protect himself from the Unseen Agony, he will still unleash it.


1) Deals 060 DPS to all Heroes (Enemies & allies) for 5 seconds.
2) Deals 120 DPS to all Heroes (Enemies & allies) for 5 seconds.
3) Deals 180 DPS to all Heroes (Enemies & allies) for 5 seconds.

Casting Time: 5
Mana Cost: 300/350/400
Cooldown: 240/200/160

I like this hero except for his ult. 900 damage to ALL units on the map excluding yourself might wreck your allies. The ult would wipe out ALL sent/scourge creeps on the map

It would give you like 50 creep kills, 2 hero kills, and 3 hero denies all in one cast xD

Nah, well done, I was actually going to do the Cancer Mage, but I figured someone else would.

Haha, this guy is like the ultimate hero for those pub games where the whole team tells someone they suck. Just use epidemic at an opportune time...and..."OMG NOOB, THAT'S IT I'M LEAVING"

That's the only reason I avoid putting in skills like that, and also because there will always be someone complaining. An intelligent player would use it to deny allies, however.

Other than that, looks good. You still get negative points for taking my idea though

'Ey. Cancer Mage was out there. And besides, Bard Man announced it in the challenge thread that he was gonna use it. :P
