Grants the wearer 15 str, 15 int, 15 agi and the Activate Suit Ability

Activate Suit
Gives the hero +20 damage, + 5 armor, 4 hp regen and 50% mana regen for a short amount of time.

Type: Active
Target: Self
Casting time: instant
Range: n/a
Area: n/a
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Mana cost: 75 mana
Duration: 20 seconds

Man I was thinking of an item just like this...Combining the Bracer, Band, and tally together...oh well, i guess Yukino beat me to it hehe...

Great Item btw, i never thought about the activatable suit when i was thinking about it...Nice buff hehehe
