This hero uses the power of Gravity which he inheritted from Atropos. He is a mere servant of the celestial bodies. He can control the flow of gravity in a place. But due to his overempowerment, he was exiled from his kingdom and thrown faraway, taken some of his skills...

Skill 1: Gravity Bind [Passive]
Using the power of gravity, he can slow nearby enemies within 400 AoE.
Level 1: 12% less speed, 10% less attack speed.
Level 2: 15% less speed, 13% less attack speed.
Level 3: 22% less speed, 18% less attack speed.
Level 4: 30% less speed, 25% less attack speed.
Skill 2: Astral Slice
Cuts enemies within target range.
Level 1: 120 damage, 125 AoE.
Level 2: 200 damage, 200 AoE.
Level 3: 245 damage, 250 AoE.
Level 4: 300 damage, 300 AoE.
COOLDOWN: 60/45/30/30
MANACOST: 115/125/135/150
Skill 3: Gravity Energy
Using the power of gravity, he has improved regeneration and armor.
Level 1: 2 hp regen, 2 armor.
Level 2: 3 hp regen, 3 armor.
Level 3: 4 hp regen, 4 armor.
Level 4: 7 hp regen, 7 armor.
Skill 5: Demi Cutter
Using the gravity, he can cut the target's HP instantly but damages himself as well.
Level 1: 1/4 hp damage. 1/8 damage to self.
Level 2: 1/2 hp damage. 1/4 damage to self.
Level 3: 3/4 hp damage. 1/2 damage to self.
COOLDOWN: 300/250/225/200
MANACOST: 300/310/325/350

I actually like this one... Though i'm not an expert an appraising the imba-ness (if there is any). I would think he'd best to team up with Rotund'jere because of his ultimate... That is pretty scary...

Gravity bind: empowered Degen aura. Nerf or remake. Astral slice: area damage. generic. too long cooldown 15 seconds all levels is fine. Gravity energy: empowered dragon blood,nerf or remake. Demi: 0.25/0.40/0.67 is fine. 0.75 is too powerful. damage based on to max or current hp? Stats: gains too high(6.2 total gains on average). Base STR too high. MS too high.
