A Question About Hero Ideas

I think this is not true,but I have a question.I made a hero idea 2 days ago,and make some edits on it.But I wrote the edits to discussion,where you write the suggested item/skill build,best enemies/worst allies vs,because I couldn't write to the changelog.Why,there is not an edit button on the changelog,or I couldn't see Smile

So will my hero idea open?If yes how much time will it take averagely?
Sorry about this topic if it is illegal.I just want to learn when my hero idea will be open for public(not a very good idea tough Confused

You can't "change" your hero idea if it hasn't been approved yet. When it is approved, you can edit it then and use the changelog.
