Gloves of Rejuvenation

The Gloves of Rejuvenation was made from healing magic that can rejuvenate for 20 sec.

Recipe:
Flask of Sapphire Water (100)
Gloves of Haste (610)
Gloves of Rejuvenation Recipe (800)
Gives:
15% attack speed
2 hp regen per second
Activable Rejuvenation that heals 30 hp per sec.for 6 seconds.

Mana:100
Cooldown:40 sec.

cooldown of ability,
its imba if you don't add a recipe,
add attackspeed bonus if you add recipe,
add manacost to the ability,

You do know that 30 HPs for 60 seconds is equal to 1800 HP healed, right?

10 hp is enough, 600 hp for 60 seconds, 600 is already high, making it 900 makes it even more imba

if that's so you can make it 20 hp per second for 30 seconds, add a recipe to make it less imba.
