Blade of Slow

A sword made from Quel'thalas that can slow enemies that is attacked.

Requires:
Claymore (1400)
Ultimate Orb (2300)
Blade of Slow Reipe (1300)

Gives:
25 damage
10 to all stats
15% chance to slow an opponemt attacked by 25% for 6 sec.

I know this is trivial but can't you get a little bit more imaginative than "Slowness Sword"? What about something like "Crippling Blade" or "Hamstringer"? Oh and it's rather similar to maim.

6 secs? Almost like a heroes ultimate ? Like Chronosphere? Or maybe Viper Strike? Make it 3 seconds. And the attributes +12 all stats. ??
