gloves of inceneration

gloves of haste (610)
radiance (5325)
gloves of inceneration (1500)

gives 30% atk speed, +80 damage, passive immolation 50 damage per second in 500 radius. adds 10% chance to evade an attack.

activatable spell
ignite 30 damage per second 20% slow for 8 seconds...
210 mana
50 seconds cooldown.

change log : beef up the atk speed to 30%, adds 10% evasion.

Increase attack speed to 30%-35%.

try increasing immolation damage maybe, and strengthen slow by 5 %

You could add the evasion of radiance.
