Yes, and I've lost many times to it. I was using Silencer and cast Global Silence, killed Leoric while his teamates are still silenced, but he reincarnates. So sad...

Of course if he doesn't have mana, he won't reincarnate, but getting his mana to drop very low is not an easy task, more so if the Leoric user is wise not to spam his Storm Bolt. Team coordination, or an entire squad with Feedback, is needed, hehe.

Yeah! Hehe! Though I may be exaggerating... But that's how I'm so annoyed by his ultimate. That's why I tend to go after Leoric's teammates instead of him. I mean, nevermind that he doesn't die, as long as his team will never win, I'm already happpy with that.

Thinking more like Naga Siren, with Manta Style and all of her illusions, with Chaos Knight with Manta too and all his illusions... Now take that, Leoric!

So... to clarify... if the lifesteal ability is due to an item, it can be silenced by Doom. However, if it is an innate ability, it cannot be silenced by Doom???

Lifesteal is a passive ability. Its not a castable skill. I think Lifesteal would still work.
