Make userbar for FREE!

This is a small software (free) to make pretty nice userbars. But note that you should have a little knowledge of MS Paint or any other picture editing software to use it effectively. Hysterical

Userbar_BarGen2.2_en.exe

File Size: Just 684 kb!
The software is pretty easy to use so there won't be any need of help but if you have some problem with the editing, ask me. I will include "how to make userbar" using this software if many people don't get it. Enjoy! Laughing

ok so.... i dl'ed this but when i changed it to a .zip file and tried to extract it nothing happened... just says its empty :/ that's what ive done to all other .efw files so.... what the heck... :/

maybe not converting it into a zip while downloading will work.?>Confused? I just clicked download button and the setup was downloaded to my pc.

i change it to zip after i dl since i cant work with an efw file :/

EDIT: aight nvm guys i just had to dl it as a .exe file =]
