Nice item, but should maybe edit it to recover 36 mana, 30 is a little low. anyway great job (this item would look awesome in DotA)

A sadist item that recovers mana for every kill...perfect for strength types and heroes that need a constant mana supply. May be a good item for Tiny, but the cost seems a little too high...gotta make it worth the cost...

Actually, it'll be a bit imba w/o the orb effect. Think of radiance + this. Spell casters will be able to replenish their mana easily, not to mention omniknight...
