General information about DOTA division
Our DOTA division will only be for North and South American clans! Mainly for the reason that scheduling could be a bitch otherwise. Our rules will be based on CAL-DOTA so if you are familiar with CAL or if you have participated in CAL DOTA Division then you probably will know most of the rules and the format we will be using.

Why DOTA instead of maybe solo or 2's division?
The answer is pretty simple, there are many solo tournaments/leagues out there, but there are very few DOTA leagues. I believe that DOTA can bring more life into WCL, and open doors for hopefully better sponsors for the league as a whole. We will try to establish a good and very competitive DOTA division at WCL. I myself will be mainly focusing on DOTA division. I currently haven't asked any other admin to help me with this. Hopefully in near future I'll be able to recruit separate admins for the DOTA Division. And if you are interested in becoming an admin for our DOTA division then please send an application with the following information to dota@wcleague.net

- Age
- Location
- Availability
- B.Net Information (name, clan, etc...)
- Previous experience as admin if any.
- A nice written paragraph on how would you contribute, and why we should accept you.
- Anything extra you want us to know.

Starting now we are also accepting applications for our DOTA Division Season 1. We will most likely not hold a qualifier for Season 1. So when submitting your application please make it good because that's the main thing that will get you accepted. Please email your applications to dota@wcleague.net with the following information:

- Team Name
- Team Tag
- Server (Azeroth, Lordaeron)
- Website
- Manager Contact Information
- Roster (Include nationality, current location, accomplishments if any)
- A list of previous accomplishments as a team, events you participated in if any.
- A nice written paragraph on why your team should be accepted into WCL Dota Division.

Currently the application deadline is March 3, 2007; this might change so keep yourself updated and check our website daily!
