in some other versions it does, it just saps you mana like anitmage

Yes, Diabolic Edict would still work even if you Windwalk after casting it. But it's actually a waste since the damage is nothing compared to Pulse Nova. Oh well, I guess you just have to take it as it is.

hmmm... how about using pulse nove then use lothars... will it work???

pulse nova first then lothars....
