For Luna, orbs will work but you won't see any missile for the two:
Sange/Sange and Yasha
Maelstrom/Mjollnir

All orbs will only work on the primary target, but other targets won't be affected with moon glaive.

what if bone uses deso
but only 1 shot of deso then autocasts searing?
will teh +40 dmg be increased?

Considering you attacked the target with Corruption, then you suddenly auto-cast Searing arrows, it will go something like this:

Enemy's armor is reduced by 6.

+40 damage will be added to your damage and will deal normally (since the enemy has 6 reduced armor, it will be calculated)

when you attack normally (searing arrows off) with deso, the corruption (-6 armor) kicks in for 5 secs.
you then immediately autocast searing arrows, which would only take advantage of the corruption effect during the duration time (5 secs).
after the 5 secs is over, you would have to attack normally again...
