Frozen Gem of Faith

Recipe: Ultimate Orb (2300) + Plate Mail (1400) + Gem of True Sight (750) + Frozen Stone of Faith Recipe Scroll (1000)

Grants +10 to all stats, +10 Armor.

Active: Blizzard (250 mana)
All enemy units within a 600 AOE lose all windwalking effects and invisibility and lose 35% movespeed and attackspeed for 15sec.

Questions:
Does it still grant true sight?
If you go out of the AoE, are the speed nerfs removed?
Cooldown?

It's a very nice item. I like it! Area slow.. Ahehehe.

lose ms and ias for 15 sec? i think its too much..

yeah.. and the true sight ability?
