I very much like how u think Daelin...cause when i play heroes that need bracers i often get 2 and sell 1 in the end. this item would definitely help that problem. I would also ask of you to view my item ; the Horadric Staff. I did something alike using items that are unwanted in some ways and put them together.

Scepter of Eternity - 1103

Ancient scepter used to suck life from weak enemies and giving his life essence to the wielder. Gives +4 to all stats, +1 HP sec regeneration, +3 armor and Life Drain ability that absorbs the HP of a enemy unit by taking 50 HP per sec and giving them to the wielder of scepter. Lasts 8 seconds.

Requires:
4 Ironwood Branch - 228
2 Flask of Sapphire Water - 200
Ring of Protection - 175
Scepter of Eternity Recipe Scroll - 500

Gives:
+4 to all stats
+3 armor
+1 HP sec regeneration
Life Drain (active, channeling)

Effect:
Absorbs the life essence of a target enemy unit by taking 50 HP per second from it and giving them to the wielder of scepter. Lasts 8 seconds.

50 mana cost
25 second cooldown
