Primary: AGI
Str: 18 + 1.9 | Agi: 22 + 2.7 | Int: 13 + 1.7
Damage: 45 - 58 | HP: 476 | Mana: 160
HP Regen: 0.80 | Mana Regen: 0.61
Attack Speed: 1.60 | Armor: 2.5
Affliction: Scourge
Exiled from the heavens, Shatter fell to the mortal world of Azeroth. A burning desire for revenge consumed his heart, but alas he knew he could not be granted access to the heavens with his power stripped. Shatter wandered the land, searching for power. At last he found a source strong enough to put him back to full power. The world tree. Shatter enlisted in the Scourge army in hope that when the world tree was destroyed he could absorb its emitted power. Manipulator of Holy arts, Shatter is a formidable force to reckon with.
Insight (F)
Infects a targets mind with the dark synergy of Shatter. Deals small amount of damage over time and gains full focus of that target for that time.
Level 1 – 25 damage sec. 2 second duration.
Level 2 – 35 damage sec. 3 second duration.
Level 3 – 40 damage sec. 5 second duration.
Level 4 – 50 damage sec. 6 second duration.
Mana Cost: 100/ 115/ 130/ 145
Cooldown: 15
Range: 600
Framework: Shadow Strike. Added sight.
Notes: To be used in combo with Wrath, If a unit is infected and splits into images Shatter will be able to pick the real unit.. Also takes care of Stealth Assassin, Nerubian Assassin, Weaver and Brood mother. Useful for annoying heroes as well, Such as Clinkz and Bounty hunter. This to me seems a little underpowered. Im open for suggestions to alter this.
Does not slow.
Heightened Senses (N/A)
Passive
Shatter has kept some of his senses from being immortal. Gives short speed boosts at every certain distance travelled, also breaks any movement impairing effects.
Level 1 – At every 600 distance travelled a 5% chance to gain 20% MS and immunity to movement impairing debuffs for 5 seconds.
Level 2 – At every 500 distance travelled a 5% chance to gain 20% MS and immunity to movement impairing debuffs for 5 seconds.
Level 3 – At every 400 distance travelled a 5% chance to gain 20% MS and immunity to movement impairing debuffs for 5 seconds.
Level 4 – At every 300 distance travelled a 5% chance to gain 20% MS and immunity to movement impairing debuffs for 5 seconds.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: N/A
Notes: Good for chase, running or just general movement. However, once the buff is active the distance travelled with the buff does not count towards an extra bonus. Eg, You just got the speed buff and travelled another 300 distance, you do not gain the chance to get the buff again.
Fallen Wings (G)
Channeling
Shatter still retains the powers of protection learnt when he was an angel. Fades Shatter into the background and gives an increase to HP and Mana regen per second. Movement or damage cancels the effect.
Level 1 – 5 second fade. 2 Hp regen and 0.3 Mana regen until the effect is cancelled.
Level 2 – 4.5 second fade. 3 Hp regen and 0.4 Mana regen until the effect is cancelled
Level 3 – 3 second fade. 4 Hp regen and 0.5 Mana regen until the effect is cancelled
Level 4 - 3 second fade. 5 Hp regen and 0.5 Mana regen until the effect is cancelled
Range: N/A
Mana Cost: 130/ 140/ 160/ 180
Cooldown: 40
Framework: Angel similar to omni knight’s ultimate comes down and hovers above Shatter until completely faded into invisibility.
Notes: Obviously used for safe Hp and Mana regen. Can also be used in ambushes.
Wraith (T)
Flies* to an enemy, hammering them with the force Shatter felt when fell from the heavens. If a hero is killed by this spell then all enemy heroes will feel the reverberation from this spell.
Level 1 – Flies to an enemy dealing 400 damage. If a hero is killed with this effect all enemy heroes within 800 AoE receive a 1 second stun.
Level 2 – Flies to an enemy dealing 650 damage. If a hero is killed with this effect all enemy heroes within 1000 AoE receive a 2 second stun.
Level 3 – Flies to an enemy dealing 800 damage. If a hero is killed with this effect all enemy heroes within 1200 AoE receive a 3 second stun.
Mana Cost: 250/300/350
Cooldown: 240/170/ 140
Range: 800/900/1000
Framework: Makes Shatter hover towards the enemy unit at normal move speed. When a unit dies from this effect a black (or any colour that doesn’t resemble Thundergod’s Wrath) lightening bolt strikes all enemy heroes.
Notes: Very similar to Zeus’s ultimate and Slayer’s. This is not a teleport
*Flying is like Charge of Darkness without collision. Does not gain a speed bonus unless Heightened Senses procs. I am aware of the stun, Open for suggestions.
Synergies

Pretty much explains itself. Gain sight of that unit and hammer it with your ultimate.

If it procs while your flying the enemy wont know what hit them.

Hide after killing a enemy. Not really a great synergy but one non-the less
Good Against
Stealth Assassin's just gets crushed from the DoT and Ultimate combined.
No chance, Clinkz is way to weak to handle melee on his own, let alone a DoT and Nuke.
Images are rendered useless.
No hiding = a very dead spider.
No images or netting.
Bad Against
Stun, Chase and Being a tank does nothing for Shatter.
Same concept, Being a tank with slow and stun really cant help shatter.
Stun, Thorns, Mass damage.
Infact, Most STR heroes just axe Shatter.
Works well with
Shatter's Model
I think it looks cool, Its hard to find units that match Shatter's description though, But like most other things im open for suggestions.
Change log:
Ultimate "Wraith" - Mana cost increased with level, Cooldown increased. Damage nerfed.
Added Model - Bloodmage with coloured tinting. Red - 50 Green - 255 Blue -255
Ultimate "Wraith" - AoE restriction added.
Skill 1 "Insight" - Damage for levels 2,3 and 4 buffed.
Skill 3 "Fallen Wings" - Make spell channeling to give advantage to AoE stunners.
Story changed.
Skill 2 "Heightened Senses" - Movement impairing buff added.
Skill 1 "Insight" - Time increase for levels 3 and 4.
Ability ranges added [I cant believe I forgot this!]
This is my first Hero suggestion, So im not sure if I have layed this out correctly. Im open for all feedback, positive or negative.
If you find that something is imbalanced, Could you please state exactly what and why it is imbalanced and what I could do to improve it

nice hero idea... i like the concept.
insight: i think this skill is underpowered. at early levels its a joke. really. i'd suggest to either buff the damages or just make it a fixed damage.
heightened senses: i'm still not sure how this works...mind to elaborate?
fallen wings: does it effect only the hero or is it an aoe skill? i'd say this skill is ok for now as i haven't understand this skill fully yet.
wraith: as _noob28_ said, its overpowered. both the damage AND the stun duration. nerf the damage abit and the stun duration should look like 1/1.5/2 instead of 1/2/3

Insight = Increase damage to 15/30/45/60.
Heightened Senses = Fine I guess.
Fallen Wings = Should have a duration. 40 seconds it fine [same as cooldown]
Wraith = Good enough IMO

Insight: make it 55 damage at Lvl 4
Heightened senses: Fine
Fallen Wings: Agrees with Yukino, 40 second duration.
Wraith: lower stun area to 450/600/800AOE, lower Damage to 350/550/750, lower cooldown to 170/150/130. Stun is fine.
