Well, i had gotten first blood: not to show off.
But i will try to write one with screenies. My item build was
Boots of travel
Eye of skadi
Mjollir
Guinsoo
Mekanism
radiance.
I will write one, try out some other item builds (with the new items) on pub games. it may take a while and i am not a good writer at strats. I will try! muahahahaahaaaahahhahahahaha
The combo i used:
Pulse-> poison touch-> Statis charge (if you have mjollir) -> attack attack attack -> poison touch -> attack attack attack etc.
Skills For Killmore :
Poison Touch (T)
A poisonous magic is placed on an enemy unit causing it to move slowly becoming paralyzed. The longer the poison takes to set in, the slower the unit will become. After the poison sets in, it takes physical damage per second for 7 seconds. Target moves slower per level.
Level 1 - 7 damage. Takes 1 second to set in.
Level 2 - 14 damage. Takes 2 seconds to set in.
Level 3 - 21 damage. Takes 3 seconds to set in.
Level 4 - 28 damage. Takes 3 seconds to set in.
Mana Cost:
Cooldown: 15/13/11/9 seconds
A general poison thing. I slows while damaging.
Weave Weave (W)
A powerful shadow magic used to increase or decrease a target's defenses over time. Changes armor by 1 every pulse.
Lasts 17 seconds.
Level 1 - 4 Pulses.
Level 2 - 8 Pulses.
Level 3 - 12 Pulses.
Level 4 - 16 Pulses.
Mana Cost:
Cooldown: 20 seconds.
It basically lowers heros armor making them easier to kill.
Shadow Wave Shadow Wave (D)
Sends forth a Shadow Wave to heal a few units. Healed units also damage a small area around them for the same amount. Dissipated damage is Physical.
Level 1 - Dissipates 80 damage. 3 targets.
Level 2 - Dissipates 100 damage. 3 targets.
Level 3 - Dissipates 120 damage. 3 targets.
Level 4 - Dissipates 140 damage. 4 targets.
Mana Cost:
Cooldown: 12/10/8/6 seconds
A healing/ damaging wave hurts opponents, heals your creeps. can only be allied casted. to hurt enemies, use it on a creep/ youself when you are close to them.
Shallow Grave Shallow Grave (G)
The next time target allied hero dies, he will revive in 20% of the time and will not lose gold. Revives with full mana. The enemy still gets gold and experience. Dying unit will deal physical damage to its killer if it was a hero.
Level 1 - Returns 150 damage.
Level 2 - Returns 300 damage.
Level 3 - Returns 450 damage.
Mana Cost: 200
Cooldown: 300/150/75
Lowers revive time, can kill enemies, do not lose gold. This skill makes you fat haahhaha =p

Ok... Here it goes.
Skill build: I suggest maxing out weave and poison touch first, yes I know shadow wave heals your creeps, and then damages the opponent's nearby creeps, but it's better to completely harass your opponent by lowering his/her armor, slowing him/her down, then attacking. He would have less time leveling up, and more time trying to heal at base.
By level 9 get Shallow grave, then start maxing out Shadow Wave.
Killing combo would be Poison touch-go near enemy-weave-poison touch again-attack with no remorse-poison touch--attack--weave if previous weave is gone--repeat.
Desolator would be a great item. Weave already lowers armor by 16, imagine the extra from desolator. And how much more with a Slithereen guard by your side, and a Shadow Fiend!~
If you want to concentrate in not letting your opponent escape, this is a great build to use:
Guinzoo (hex him when he tries to run)
Eye of Skadi (slow him down)
Power Treads (faster attack speed helps)
Mekansm (more push power)
Refresher Orb (you need this to give shallow graves to all your team-mates, and spam Poison touch)
Linken's Sphere (to stop the hard nukers with targeted spells)
or
Buriza (Lowered armor+Critical oh my)
With this build, skill combo would be weave-poison touch-attack-(when enemy is able to move again) Hex-poison touch-refresher-poison touch-attack-repeat
If you want to completely harass him...
Desolator.
Mekansm.
Buriza.
Refresher.
Power Treads.
Guinzoo.
Let him try survive with that much armor reduction.
