magina, with 320 base MS + blink, and the highest attack speed in DotA without items.

well if you put bs in thirst at level 25, he could get pretty darn fast. also nighstalker could also be a speed demon at night. just wondering, but anti is very fast and so is chaos/naix

Hehehe..

It's fairly easy to guess who'll have the fastest ASPD with items and skills, since it all goes down to the base attack rate. Most AGI heroes can have 500% IAS at level 25 with 5 hyperstones and Mask of Madness [Frenzy].

Since the IAS is common , you can remove it from the equation and just look at their base attack rate.
