How can I Demolish Soul Stealer???

My friend is destroying me with Nai'x. This is his build:

Power threads
2 bashers
HoT
hyperstone
Radiance or S and Y

His owning me beacuse of Nai'x's multi disabling passive skills and not to mention his monsterous avatar.

Please guys I need some help. Thanks in advance!
