DotaStrategy.com - When is KS-ing become important?

My thoughts:

The carry needs Gold ASAP!! If the carry is not farmed/leveled enough by the late game he/she is generally useless.

IMO a kill steal is required if a low hp enemy stuns his/her pursuers.

Kill stealing is not okay if the enemy cant get away and

well at least u kill him. just dont ks if u did nothing at all. then you'd get flamed.

but in organised games, the carry always gets the kills.

pretty much everytime to me. im always at least a semi-carry

golds are important if you need tier 3 items asap

Carry should get it if he isnt there any1 can Take it dosent Matter the team just have to accept it .

i hate it when your teammate wastes his ulti to KS(even if you can simply chase him down).

Ravage(yes, i have seen a person use this to last hit. Don't you use this to initiate or something?)

DotA is a team game. it is IMPOSSIBLE to KS. It is, however, very possible to waste important skills.

IE: Using powerful AoE skills to finish off enemies is a HUGE waste. Examples would be:
Ravage, Sonic Wave, etc. etc. (note long base cd ^.^)

In some Dwarven games, well, he mostly finished enemy with one assassinate.
