It could be better

This item seems very creative and cool although i have a few problems with it.

1.- It looks like it can be farmed completely in less than 20 minutes and to be up this early it is quite overpowered, maybe require a more expensive recipe.
2.- The stun is too good, it is perfect for chasing and would make hero's like Pugna who channel or chain spell to be useless and even more forgotten (the short stun interrupts the chain cast and those .75 seconds do make a difference in a major battle.)
3.- The stun again. Stunning all enemies!!!, this is already better than clockwerk's skill.
4.- Again the stun! it occurs way to often, this would make Kelen's usless for escaping and it only costs 1k more.
5.- Lastly, this item costs half the amount Radiance does, is easier to farm, and is better than Radiance overall (the stun and 65 dmg).

For a passive, it has way to much power. If your a fast hero like sladar, you could just chase the enemy to death, and the stun would enable you to always escape as long as you don't get disabled. Or if troll should get this, that's even more stun since its a easy farm. Also this would make farming way too easy for it's cheap price.

Overall a good item but somewhat overpowered, i think if you make it active rather than passive with say an 8 sec cd it would be better.

Yeah, so much better than radiance because its possible to cast spells that fast.

Mega item for Bristleback, every 1.5 seconds when you use goo or every 3 seconds a 65 damage and a .75 stun........PERFECT
