Range: 500 | Move Speed: 295
Primary: INT
Str: 22 + 1.9 | Agi: 15 + 1 | Int: 20 + 2.2
Damage: 49 - 55 | HP: 568 | Mana: 260
HP Regen: 0.91 | Mana Regen: 0.81
Attack Speed: 1.5 | Armor: 3
Jaegan was a priest of no real power in life, but during a raid of his home town by the Scourge, he was taken back to the Scourge to be tortured. After endless torture, Jaegan creepily began to enjoy it. The Lich King was shocked and imbued him with incredible magic ability and bound him to his will. Now he fights on the Scourge bringing himself and others pain beyond imagination.
Word of Pain (W)
Jaegan remembers the pain he suffered during his torture, and implants it in the minds and bodies of his enemies. The pain cripples his enemies, causing their bodily strength to suffer lowering their movement speed.
Level 1 - Deals 20 damage per second and lowers movement speed by 5% for 4 seconds
Level 2 - Deals 40 damage per second and lowers movement speed by 10% for 4 seconds
Level 3 - Deals 60 damage per second and lowers movement speed by 15% for 4 seconds
Level 4 - Deals 80 damage per second and lowers movement speed by 20% for 4 seconds
Mana Cost: 120/130/140/150
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Framework: Targeted enemy gains the skull icon above it's head for 5 seconds.
Notes: Jaegan's basic nuke and disable.
Love of Pain (V)
Jaegan's own sadistic love of pain now causes an unusual burst of adrenaline within him. For every amount of damage he takes, his movement speed and regeneration increase for 15 seconds. Will only stack 2 times.
Level 1 - Every 150 damage received increases movement speed by 2.5%, hitpoint regeneration by 1 per second, and mana regeneration by 50%
Level 2 - Every 200 damage received increases movement speed by 5%, hitpoint regeneration by 2 per second, and mana regeneration by 75%
Level 3 - Every 250 damage received increases movement speed by 7.5%, hitpoint regeneration by 4 per second, and mana regeneration by 100%
Level 4 - Every 300 damage received increases movement speed by 10%, hitpoint regeneration by 6 per second, and mana regeneration by 125%.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A
Framework: When the amount of damage has been dealt to him, large amount of blood leaks out of him similar to Maim.
Notes: Essentially, this means that once he's been hit for 600 damage, he gains 20% movement speed, 12 hitpoint regeneration per second, and 250% mana regeneration.
Growth of Pain (R)
Jaegan reaches into himself and distributes a curse to himself and his target increasing the damage taken. This damage is increased for the target hero only from Jaegan and vice versa. Lasts 7 seconds.
Level 1 - Takes 5% more damage from attacks only.
Level 2 - Takes 10% more damage from attacks only.
Level 3 - Takes 15% more damage from attacks and spells.
Level 4 - Takes 20% more damage from attacks and spells.
Mana Cost: 170/160/150/140
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Framework: Both characters flash red once the spell is cast and the debuff of the icon appears down the bottom.
Beam of Pain (B)
Jaegan takes all the pain he has taken and channels it into a beam that he blasts his foes with. The beam is infused with everything he has felt over the course of the battle.
Level 1 - Deals 0.4x the amount of hitpoints below maximum to target hero
Level 2 - Deals 0.6x the amount of hitpoints below maximum to target hero
Level 3 - Deals 0.8x the amount of hitpoints below maximum to target hero
Level 4 - (With Aghanim's Scepter) Deals 1x the amount of hitpoints below maximum, Bounces once dealing 1/3 damage to another hero.
Mana Cost: 300/450/600/700
Cooldown: 120/110/100/90
Framework: A green bolt of lightning (similar to Laguna Blade/Finger of Death) blasts the enemy.
Discussion:
Skill Synergies
Growth and Love are a good combo as the extra damage he takes, he can make up with increased hitpoint regeneration and a quick get away whereas the enemy simple takes more damage.
Growth and Word is another small combo that will do additional damage. Not much, but a bit more.
Both you and the enemy take extra damage (say you're against someone...in this case, we'll say Clinkz) Clinks pops strafe and fire arrows. He's just burnt his cool down on Windwalk and is eating through your health like crazy, after 4 arrows, BOOM! 12 hitpoint per second regeneration, he continues to eat through your health like mad, and you're hitting back knocking him to about a quarter. You're both level 16, (no items in this case cos I had adding up) You're on about 300 health and 3-4 arrows spells your doom. Clinkz is on 400 but is beating you too quickly to care. SHABOOM! 900 damage spell in his face. Plus the extra damage? 990. But like that matters. Clinkz is dead as a doornail.
Once you're on low health and you've cast the Beam, cast Word of Pain. Regardless of whether they run or not, they're going to die.
There are many other things I could write up but I prefer other people to come up with strategies, I can say that disablers and stunners are not good enemies. But the same is true with most heroes.
CHANGELOG
1.1 Changed Growth of Pain to make it do more damage to both characters. Removed cast time.

The 2nd skill is nice for you, for those who try to attack you can't run away. He's an anti-attacker. I like the Masochist idea very much. ^^
