Wrathfury, the Tidal Revenant

I'm not so sure that this idea is too good, but just see it, and can you please give me suggestions for this idea.

Wrathfury - Tidal Revenant
(Scourge Hero)

A revenant was hired by the Lich King because of his tremendous power.Along with his ability to summon gigantical waves, summon elementals to aid him, and the ability to freeze multiple units in a short time, he plans to freeze the World Tree and kill all those who oppose him

This is what the hero will look like:




Stats:
HP: 452 | Mana: 300 | Damage: 38 - 49 | Primary: INT
STR: 15 + 1.5 | AGI: 17 + 1.8 | INT: 21 + 2.5
Armor: 2 | HP Regen: 0.71 | MP Regen: 0.85
Movespeed: 295 | Attack Speed: 1.4 | Range: 500

Skills:
Tsunami (T)


Sends a fierce wave that deals damage to each ground unit in a line
Mana Cost:100/125/150/175 Cooldown:12 seconds
Level 1 - 100 damage per unit
Level 2 - 175 damage per unit.
Level 3 - 250 damage per unit.
Level 4 - 300 damage per unit.
Framework: Like the Sonic Wave of Akasha

Summon Sea Elemental (E)


Summons a powerful Sea Elemental to attack the Tidal Revenant's enemies.Lasts 40 seconds
Mana Cost:130 Cooldown:25 seconds

Hit Points:400
Armor:2 (Medium)
Damage:21-28 damage (Piercing)
Attack Speed:Fast
Movement Speed:Fast
Level 2:
Hit Points:500
Armor:2 (Medium)

Hit Points:600
Armor:4 (Medium)
Damage:38-47 damage (Piercing)

Framework: Like the Naga Royal Guard's Sea Elemental, looks like Morphling

Gives additional movement speed and life regeneration rate of nearby friendly units
Mana Cost:N/A Cooldown:N/A
Level 1 - 5% movement speed, +1 hp per second
Level 2 - 10% movement speed, +1.5 hp per second
Level 3 - 10% movement speed, +2 hp per second
Level 4 - 15% movement speed, +3 hp per second
Framework: Kinda like Unholy Fervor but affects allies

Grand Frost (R)


Freezes all enemy units near Wrathfury, prohibiting movement and attacking.Deals 100 per second to each unit frozen
Mana Cost:200/275/350 Cooldown:160 seconds
Level 1 - Lasts for 3.5 seconds
Level 2 - Lasts for 4 seconds
Level 3 - Lasts for 5 seconds
Framework:Like the effect of Overgrowth with a Frostbite model

I really dig this guy, and think he's got alot of potential buuuut...he's kind've unoriginal. Still mad though.

about the tsunami...
shockwave does equal damage less mana and shorter cooldown. Tsunami should have a wider aoe or longer range sumthin sumthin otherwise it's just a suckier shockwave.
shockwave=mana:90
cooldown:8
carrionswarm=mana:110ish
cooldown:8
and tsunami has 12 sec,175 mana and 300 damage?
it should have either:
1.wider aoe
2.longer range
3.slow effect or a pushback effect like greaterbash
(to give a more wavy vibe to it) or...
4.everything(for something worth 175mana, it just has to be good)
