number 2 for the day, i live using the item builder to make this item idea!

Shroud Cape

Price: 2570 gold

Description:
A magical cape with the power to sheild allies from enemy spells, be careful not to step on it.


Requires:
Planeswalkers Cloak (400 gold)
Null Talisman (485 gold)
Null Talisman (485 gold)

Discussion:

Gives:

•20% magic resistance
•+12 intelligence
•+6 strength
•+6 agility
•(Passive) Spell Diffusion: 10% of all magic damage taken is diffused in a 600 aoe to nearby enemies.
•(Active) Shroud: covers all allies around the caster with the cap, protecting them from all harm for 3 seconds, also increases the spell diffusion power to 20% for the next 4 seconds.
In depth: Shroud

•60 second cooldown, costs 75 mana
•While cloaked, all allies in a 300 aoe are frozen from moving (like chronosphere), but also take 0% damage from attacks, they can still be attacked though.


This item is great for giving your team a few seconds of rest in a team fight, also makes it difficult for some enemy heroes to do their thing. However, this item also allows enemies to regroup and prepare to fight as well.

I like this item idea. It would be perfect for a caster like Lina so she can buy some time for her spells to cool. Consider replacing the nulls with staff of wizardry or other basic items.

the veil also gives the wearer a bonus 10% diffuse for a bit

nothing would work, it would count all units in the shroud as one of the two (i might change that): -Invulnerable / -Spell immune and take 100% less damage.
