if u toss after channeling you would waste 3-4 pulses of epicenter and you will do very little damage

Tiny's toss will stop any kind of channeling. It 'pauses' the unit, be it enemy or ally. So basically it won't for rylai and ezalor too.
[Some other skills that 'pause' a unit are Void's Chronosphere, Kunkka's torrent, etc. so you can compare now...]
