Str: 17 + 1.6 | Agi: 25 + 2.8 | Int: 14 + 1.7
Damage: 44 - 46 | HP: 473 | Mana: 182
HP Regen: 0.76 | Mana Regen: 0.57
Attack Speed: 1.65 | Armor: 3
A goblin Kardel meet in the bathroom, coincidentally. And, coincidentally, they're both sniper. And, more coincidentally, their name is just switched from the K to the L (Kardel <=>Lardek)
Fire Cannonballs (C)
Lardek shoots high in the sky, signalling his friend up there to drop some cannonballs in the targeted 500 AOE. Each cannonballs deals 60 damage. Casting range is 1000. gains 1000 range sight from the area of the cannonballs
Level 1 - Drop 5 cannonballs in random location in the 500 AOE. The same enemies cant be hit 2 times
Level 2 - Drop 7 cannonballs in random location in the 500 AOE. The same enemies cant be hit 3 times
Level 3 - Drop 9 cannonballs in random location in the 500 AOE. The same enemies cant be hit 4 times
Level 4 - Drop 11 cannonballs in random location in the 500 AOE. The same enemies cant be hit 5 times
Mana Cost: 120
Cooldown: 25
Framework: Cannonballs dropped down in the 500 AOE. Each cannonball has a 0.5 sec interval and has a 200 AOE radius of explosions.
Tracking Bullets (R)
Lardek uses the latest technological bullets. It can pierce into anybodies body, and giving signal to where they are. In other name, the enemy is tracked for a short duration. Durations doesn't stack. Deals bonus damage when the track disappears. Passively increase 15 damage. Orb Effect do not stack. Buff placers do not stack.
Level 1 - Tracks for 0.4 seconds. 3 damage bonus
Level 2 - Tracks for 1 seconds. 7 damage bonus
Level 3 - Tracks for 1.6 seconds. 20 damage bonus
Level 4 - Tracks for 2.2 seconds. 50 damage bonus
so, if you use a tracking bullet to an enemy, when it disappears (e.g. 2.2 secs at lvl 4) they will be dealt by 50 damage
Mana Cost: 35
Cooldown: 5/4/3/2
Framework: the bullet when hits spread a red signal to the sky
Continuous Headshots (C)
Lardek's focuses on one target's head, making them to get mini stunned every time Lardek's attack them. When doing this, Lardek's is immovable. Dealing bonus 50 damage.
Level 1 - Ministun for 0.05 seconds. Last for 3 attacks
Level 2 - Ministun for 0.1 seconds. Last for 4 attacks
Level 3 - Ministun for 0.15 seconds. Last for 5 attacks
Level 4 - Ministun for 0.2 seconds. Last for 6 attacks
Mana Cost: 150
Cooldown: 20
Framework: Lardek's shots hits their head, spilling blood out of them
Ultimate Sniping (T)
Lardek now uses his best rifle to snipe enemies from afar. too bad as this rifle is too heavy, he can only be stationary. Increases attack range, but slow down his projectile speed to 500 unit.
Level 1 - Increases range to 2000. Last 4 seconds or 5 attacks
Level 2 - Increases range to 2500. Last 5 seconds or 10 attacks
Level 3 - Increases range to 3000. Last 6 seconds or 15 attacks
He can cast other spells while stationary
Mana Cost: 150/200/250
Cooldown: 100
Framework: Lardek now sitting on the ground, cannot move. And his shot now blasts with fire

Bonus damage from Track should be intervaled.
Continuous Headshots is way too imba!
Ultimate Sniping is imba too.
A lot of these skills are copied from the original Sniper, or the Fun tavern hero guy (can't remeber his name). Nice icons btw!

If you're standing on a cliff or in the forest, it will take far more than 6 seconds to find and reach you. Plus, your allies can turtle you, giving the skill no drawback. The track vision will make this guy a beast. Nice skill synergies

your concept? really? chester is full of passives, dont have an AOE nuke, and passively can reach 1100 range, but mine only lasts 6 secs with 50 cooldown. what concept are you talking here?

I think you should put a cap of shots on the ultimate because its too imba if you have high atk speed. Do like 10 shots maximum to 15 shots maximum?

Asides from the skills... this hero isnt original enough for the sandbox Bard Challenge imo.
The whole point with being able to do anything at all means people will be doing heroes very unique, very different from what already exists.
This hero's theme is the same as snipers, and 2 of the skills are almost the same as existing skills in game.
Finally the track skill, with a zero second cooldown, will make track permanent... no invisible possible at all
