i think the chances of an enemy having the dimension key isn't that small, but i think the chances of it being used at the same time as the other is pretty small. but, i can see that the counter to a dimension key is another dimension key. but why go in the dimension in the first place when you can ghost's scepter? it gives lovely stats btw

the other dimension protects you from spells as well... sorta.
there is a 10 second window in which the enemy can use the key and rape you.
and yes, the stats are sexy.

@ ghost - its a good idea. like you said, it would be a mid to late game core for int heroes plus it makes use of soul booster.
What might be a good idea is to put a restriction on the mana regen like HoT does now.

would not this be imba with Tormented Soul?
get insane mana gain for ulti, with scythe, orchid, bloodstone, linken, scepter(ulti) and Bot
35+20+15+10 int=80int
mana: 1350
Int:80X10=800 mana
Mana Bonus: 550
i think at least 8 mana reg
items give 725% bonus reg
735% more mana reg, + 1% of total mana. also 80 mana reg every second i think

i farmed 5000 on 10-12 mins, with enchant, tormented is excelent farmer(i think)
