Nah..I've seen THAT picture of Ghost, and its..umm....Well, everyone have their type, right?

anyways, back to topic
Dagon 1 should be considered, since hes a ganker, and the int comes as a decent bonus. Aghnims is almost a must since the awesome change. Bottle and magic wand is a nice item on him for regeneration, more ganking power, and survivability.

EDIT: Late game dps items(buttefly, deso,etc) and tanking items(AC, HoT,etc) are kind of useless. Support items are better(Guinsoo, shiva). Orchid is also viable since the silence comes in handy.

Aghanims for a beginner .. since it will allow the hook to the allies..making it more difficult for begginers to aim it(if they are targetting the hook to the enemy)

typo.. aghanims should not be taken by a beginner unless they are somehow already pro at hooking..

aghanim is a good item for CW, no doubt..
