F4F Finals - MYM vs FnaticMSI

hmm im not sure astropos > doom because astropos himself can be attacked/disabled during his ulti which stops it and it only lasts 5 seconds whereas doom last AGES and cant be debuffed by many things and completely silences skills/auras/orbs and items. How can you compare theese?

Bane might have nightmare and enfeeble but you dont get much chance to cast those spells vs mym when they all have blink + tonnes of disables.

Doom would of been a good pick.

Epic Game. Ursa didn't work out quite well, but it was a good thing the whole team picked up the slack. 4 Guinsoos will always equal a win. And a farmed storm as well.

no, simply no. doom was not mentioned not because he wasnt a good counter. see the drafts; mym did not ban doom, and fnatic not picking doom made 2 things clear; doom is not Fnatic style pick, and focusing too much on storm would have made kuroky unstoppable. and ursa just rapes doom. picking doom would also take away fnatic's laning advantage, which was the reason they were so strong early mid. they probably didnt practiced with doom either

atro is a less powerful storm counter, but he could shut down both ursa and angel, while doom can not

also note in the mym draft that the main plan revolves on mitigating mid game armor problems; all their picks lacked DPS resistance. although what they planned fail(forced to turtle still), this is a good example that DPSgeddon does not exist

very true, nice to see the dps heroes losing in team battles and getting outmatched by pure disable and teamwork powa.

DPSgeddon only applies in lower level games i think as demonstrated by such matches.

also good to see that kuroky isn't the only superman, angel is better IMO. lion pick game 3 was senseless, miggel picked puck and you just lost a hero

already watched this yesterday.
the EPICest finals showdown ive ever seen. the time ursa died, fnatic press top rax which angel and the crew defended well.

my game 3 MVP is ANGEL for his imba Raijin

i dont think loda farmed too much, he just want his team to control all lanes. so many loda fails btw.

my question is: why the hell MYM backdoored top? i know it is legal but they have to fight fair tho.

overall: the outcome of the game wil be different if bane completed guinsoo. u think so?

disagreed. fnatic lost the game before the MYM guinsoo mass. the daggers shut down ducky, miracle and kwom, leaving no room for loda or misery to retaliate. loda's item build is also "lul"

ducky made his mistake by picking lion too early, it nullified the fnatic VS ban, miggel picked puck who was the obvious solution to lion and ES. puck is also a strong SK synergy.

angel played well, but MVP no, mania won the game with his dagger.

about bane, kwom lost the game when he did wrong decisions in the 30~ mins clashes. fnatic let loda overfarmed, which got them undefarmed. it would have been different if loda helped after the manta-(not EoS) build, he already could pressure MYM with potm's AoE. that was their early advantage.

Game 1 was an embarrassment to fnatics. Mania Ultra kill was awesome and unexpected.

nevertheless both team in game 1 played their best. both team did proper drafting, no unexpected strategy etc.. MYM is just better than Fnatic, ducky has to go or at least find some self esteem.
