Pipe, Phase, Diffusal, Heart, Butterfly.

diffusal is a great boost to DPS.
Heart makes you and your images do that damage for longer.
butterfly, evasion, countered by AoE nukes.

Heart is by far the more effective item, but wouldn't say no to a talisman early.

Lol bkb on pl is worst idea ever you are phantom the illusion master your strenght comes from behiding and using clones for fight and not taunt and tell everyone attack you.... Bkb fails on pl

nah. Diffusal works better as a slow. Besides, the mana burn is something.

Get a TOE and some hp. TOE is what makes battlefury almost useless. I have seen this PL rush butterfly. I was jugger I had a hotd pt(str) battlefruy, 1 null 1 bracer. I couldn't even do a thing. Kept on missing.

actually sfsy1, it's untrue. PL does better IMO with hood, a more passive item suited to a carry

Diffuse rush is win. PL isnt an attacking hero. His DPS comes from his Spirit Lance and illusions to Mana burn the enemies to death. Butterfly greatly benefits illusions.

the current trend shows a lean to favor radiance. not downright usefull but it does makes him harder to overcome.

I'm starting to see a lot of Radiances too, but frankly, I disagree. PL shouldnt be played like Spectre. His illusion spams are only possible from close range, and his hp sucks so people can easily destroy them. The 60+ damage doesnt benefit him well since he wont be attacking, but rather his illusions will be attacking. Diffuse rush is better since it means more DPS for the illusions.

PL is very paper unlike Spectre and should focus more on ganking and push farming. His illusions can already mow down a creep wave in 5 seconds so Radiance wont kick in that much.

radiance+spirit is awesome. you cast it long ranged, you got stunned, you still immolates. also useful when trying to mitigate pushes. with his spirit lane he is capable of increasing his damage AoE massively. not the best all rounder item but definitely powerful in a lot of situations

Hmmmm, I'm still a fan of manta over butterfly depending on the other teams lineup. Of course I think heart after diffusal is a must if you are having a decent game.
