oi what are you doing? we are waiting for the rest of it
btw i searched through all the chapters but you mix he and she to many times.
liking the way how it goes and i thought that nevermore was left out because he is the only one that knows darkness.

I apologize to all the readers for not continuing the story for about 2 months as I had exams and an overseas trip.Now after a long break,Chapter 20 is here!
Chapter 20
"Nevermore is the true darkness?"
"Yes...Mercurial is only a weak version of darkness...not like she was a thousand years ago.She is of no use to us now.Lanaya,you and Gondar shall head to the place where Mercurial is captured and destroy her."
"Y-yes Master".
The shrouded man grabbed an unconscious Nevermore and threw him into a cage.The cages holding the heroes were made out of a special kind of metal which properties absorbed the energy and mana out of the captured.
"All that's left is Mana and Time."
In a forest covered by a blanket of moonlight,there was a fight going on.Balanar was cornered by 3 heroes,Magina,Luna and Razor.But he had to take Magina back.He had no choice but to use the magical artifact that his master had given him.
He dashed towards Magina and was struck by a moon glaive that cut deep into his shoulder and a bolt of lighting striking his spine.But still,he charged forward and face the two blades that were about to cut his abdomen.Balanar grabbed Magina and released a large amount of hia aura till Magina couldn't move.
He took out the special artifact,something the legendary Lothar had left behind.Balanar infused some mana into the artifact and slowly,he faded from Luna and Razor's view.Razor knew there was only one way to get Balanar now.He had to use the field of plasma.But it was too dangerous,if he did,Magina could be killed by the force.
Luna ran in the direction where Balanar was going and was followed by Razor.Suddenly,a figure abit larger than them appeared in front of them.
"Luna,Razor,do not run anymore.My son is gone...He will be merged with the evil one."
"Furion,we can save him."
"Yes Furion,if there is a way we can find their hideout,we can send our armies and destroy them."
"Alright then...now we must head back."
Suddenly a large hawk appeared near them and dropped a letter into Razor's hands before dissappearing into the forest.
"This letter is from our base!Chen has Mercurial locked in the temporary prison but...something has happened.The treants are going beserk and every once in awhile they will start to smash things nearby,before they calm down."
"Then we must head back as soon as possible."
But they didn't know that Lanaya and Gondar had already arrived.They sneaked inside the base,even though there were so many heroes,the slightly powerful ones had just reached the base and were resting.
Lanaya couldn't move around freely while she was invinsible so they had to wait for night.But Gondar went to scout the base.In a few hours,it was midnight and most of the heroes were sleeping.
The two of them moved towards the temporary prison.Gondar threw a shuriken towards the guard and killed him instantly.Lanaya and Gondar ran inside and towards Mercurial's cell.
They appeared before the sleeping Mercurial and woke her.
"Gondar,Lanaya what are you doing here!?I shall not go back to the master anymore.He wishes to merge with me,I can't take it."
"On the contrary,he wants you back Mercurial.He wishes for his assassin to go back to him."
"He does?"
"NO!To hell with you traitor!"
And before Mercurial could retaliate,a shuriken and an invisible dagger flew towards her abdomen.As they pierced her body,black blood erupted from her mouth and stomach.
"Good.She is dead.Let us get out of here."
Gondar and Lanaya walked towards the staircase when suddenly,they were surrounded by guards.Then,Furion,Razor,Luna and Purist appeared.
Before they could say anything,Lanaya and Gondar turned invisible.But before they tried to run a night elf guard pierced Lanaya's back with a blade and made her reappear.Gondar whom was in surprise saw Furion pointing towards Mercurial's body which was now a puddle of water.
"Morphling" Gondar cried in anger.But as he looked back,he noticed something inside the puddle.
"No,it couldn't be,how could I get tricked like this so easily."
In the puddle,lay a Gem of True Sight.

Chapter 21
Gondar was trapped,and he knew it.There was no way to escape the situation he was in.His partner had been taken out,and he couldn't turn invisible and run.And most importantly,he was in enemy territory.
"Gondar.You are hereby arrested for treason,attempted murder and being involved in a conspiracy against the World Tree.You will be sentenced to death."
As a night elf said those words,Furion could not help but shed a tear.Gondar was a true friend to him,and advised him in difficult situations he could not solve alone.He remembered when Gondar had joined the Sentinel,he was a young and ambitious warrior but as he grew older he became colder and was constantly dissappearing.
"I will not be captured by you.You shall see that the master destroys you before you can capture me."
Gondar smiled viciously at Furion and suddenly,a loud crash was heard behind.Furion turned around and saw a group of treants entering a hole in the wall.But the treants were different.Their eyes were filled with anger and a killer's aura.
"Stand down treants!You have no business here!" shouted a night elf.Swiftly,a treant pierced its roots into the guard's abdomen and pulled out.The treants were no longer the old treants whom they used to be.
Razor,instinctively knowing that they were no longer their allies,shot a bolt of lightning towards the head of one of the treants and set it on fire.Furion knowing his attacks were near useless to treants due to his naturistic abitlity,grabbed the injured Lanaya and backed away from the fight.
Luna and Razor fought off the treants while Purist healed the injured.After awhile,the treants had either died or calmed down.But Gondar was gone,as he said.The group went to the outside to see the damage done to the camp.The base was in ruins and many night elves were killed.
"What do we do now Furion?"
"Luna,I want you to gather all the survivors and meet over here.Purist,heal all those who have a chance of survival.Razor,I need you to find Gondar."
"How do I do that?"
"I have a soulfinder scroll.It can help you locate Gondar."
"Alright,then what will you do?"
"I will gather all my scrolls and I will find that potion that Darkterror had mentioned.The potion that can grant the user and endless amount of mana and will not tire from casting spells.Now go!"
Luna was efficent in gathering the night elves as her jaguar allowed her to move around quickly and carry them on its back.Purist healed the wounded and soon enough,a large group of night elves were waiting for the return of Furion.
Suddenly,Luna felt a cold presence behind her.She turned around swiftly to face the last person she would expect to come to the Sentinel camp.Ner'zhul.He was joined by Darkterror,Kael the Invoker and Strygwyr,the fabled Bloodseeker.
" It seems...that your camp...has been destroyed...? "
"What do you want...Ner'zhul?" The Lich King's aura made talking hard for Luna.
" Then we...are in...the same...situation... "
"What do you mean?"
Kael walked forward and replied.
"During midnight,our base was destroyed."
"By whom?"
"By our own ghouls."

Chapter 22
"By your own ghouls youu say..."
"Yes Omniknight,they went feral and attacked everyone in sight.Buildings were toppled,factories were destroyed,and the weirdest thing is,they dissappeared."
"You mean they disobeyed you?"
"Yes,even his highness the Lich King couldn't control them."
"Then,it must be the work of the Black Hand."
"As we speak,their plans are nearing fruition."
"Then what is our next step?"
"If we find Gondar,then we find them."
Everyone turned around and saw Furion standing behind them.
"Razor is on his way.He will not fail.I have faith in him."
Everyone then noticed the Lich King giving a smirk of irritation.
" You shouldn't have...such faith...in a traitor... "
Furion ignored him and proceeded to take out a scroll from his robes.
"This is the recipe for the potion of eternal energies.One dash of W elkim, T erranis and F indor.They are magical items located near our camp.We already have Welkim and Terranis.I will have to get Findor by myself."
"Then we shall escort his majesty to the northern gates."
"What for?"
"To find Clinkz's body."
In a forest far from the Sentinel camp,Gondar had taken a rest by a tree.He had abandoned Lanaya to escape.The master will be furious at him.But he had no other place to go to.
Razor was closing in on Gondar.The soulfinder scroll would grow brighter when it was nearing the target.Before he left,Furion had passed him a steel staff,for use in case his lightning could not hurt the members of the Black Hand.
Then,the scroll glowed brightly.It's glow was radiating towards a tree.Razor drew lightning into his mace and released it at the tree which burst into flames.
Gondar was cut by pieces of sharp wood from the exploding tree.He turned around and saw the lightning revenant staring straight into his eyes.
Gondar drew his blades and jumped towards Razor.If Razor could see him,it meant that his invisiblity would be useless.Thus,he had nothing to lose.The blades neared Razor but was fended off by the steel staff.
Swiftly,Razor swung his electrically-charged mace towards Gondar whose face met with a bolt of electricity.Gondar stumbled backwards before a wave of plasma hit him and pushed him to the floor.His skin was charred.
He stood up calmly,and dashed towards Razor this time with a smarter sense and dodged Razor's attacks before coming face to face with him and sliced at Razor's chest.
Blood was drawn by both fighters.Razor's chest had a cut in it but Gondar's left arm was burnt off.Gondar smiled at Razor and threw a shuriken swiftly at Razor's vulnerable chest only to be knocked away by the steel staff.
The 2 fighters smiled at each other.
Back at the Sentinel Camp,the Lich King's group had found Clinkz's body and placed it in front of Ner'zhul.
Slowly,icy vapour was seen pouring into the empty skull and body,possessing it.And the once fiery eyes that Clinkz had were forgotten.Now replaced by icy cold eyes.
"After countless years,I finally found a body that suits me."
End of Chapter
