Needs :
Phase Boots (1500 gold)
Ghost Scepter (1500 gold)
Nether Boots Recipe (1200 gold)
Overall gold needed (4200 gold)
Gives :
75 Movement Speed
35 Damage
9 All attributes
Nether Disorientation (active)
-Nether Disorientation-
Unit that uses this boots will suddenly teleports randomly in any area of 500AOE around the unit, also enemy units that is inside the area will receive 125 damage and will be slowed by 20%, also the unit that uses this skill will have 522 Ms for 3 seconds.
Cooldown - 12

You cab be attacked actually. Magical attacks. Also, a manually casted orb will hit you (Burning Spear, Searing Arrows, Frost Arrows, Poison Attack [Viper], Glaives of Wisdom, Impetus.) If I forgot any, correct me. So you can be attacked. And if your hero is one of those listed, you can manually cast your orb.

So in theory, you can teleport 50 units one time, and then 500 units the next time? and you cannot control it? Uhh.... Either nerf damage or remove the slow. Because you are making this (essentially) a lv 3 blink strike with +35 more damage, a level 1 (or 2) surge, and a 20% slow... There is also no duration on the slow... There are so many more things, I'm getting quite tired though.

Nope, it is just randomly teleports inside the 500Area Around you, after teleporting here comes the damage and the slow, Slow last for 3 seconds, the same with the Max Speed.
It has many effect so i changed the recipe to from 700 to 1200
