Mortred with Buriza Question

I know her ultimate and Buriza don't stack, so what if I put Buriza on Mortred? Will she still get Buriza's criticals? Or will her ultimate make Buriza's effects useless?

Here are some answers I think that are possible

A. You will get 15% chance for a 4x critical but no more effects from buriza

B. You will get 15% chance for a 4x critical AND 20% chance for a 2.2x critical from buriza per hit

C. None of the above, please explain cause I really want to know.

the damages won't stack. you'll have separate crits for buriz and coup-de-grace. the chances for crits will vary accordingly. so in short, you'll have more crits per hit on the average with varying damages.

Buriza overrides morted's ulti if and only if the procure at the same time.
